How do you ensure the wine stays at the right temperature during shipping?

We use climate-controlled packaging and thermal liners for all shipments. During extreme weather months, we may hold your order or use expedited shipping to ensure the wine arrives in perfect condition.

Do I need to be home to sign for my wine delivery?

Yes. By law, all alcohol deliveries require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older. The carrier will check a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

What is your return policy for corked or damaged bottles?

If you receive a bottle that is 'corked' or damaged during transit, please contact us within 30 days. We will provide a replacement bottle of the same vintage or a full store credit.

Which states do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to most US states, excluding Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Utah due to local compliance laws. Please check our shipping page for the most up-to-date list.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number from UPS or FedEx so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or case purchases?

Yes! We offer a 10% discount on all orders of 12 bottles or more. The discount is automatically applied at checkout when you reach a full case.
