Fermentation: In stainless steel. Maceration with skins 48-60 hours. Fermentation 18-22°C. Batonnage.
Elevage: In stainless steel and concrete tanks. Minimum six months bottle aging before release.

Our tasting Note

Straw-light gold color. Think of a white Rhone with acidity as it had a slightly waxy/oily, and lightly tannic texture, ripe and juicy mandarin orange and spring peach notes, a little orange blossom/honeysuckle, almond, honeycomb, wax and straw. Med/med+ on the palate, gorgeous textures and mouthfeel with a slight note of tannin from the brief skin contact it sees. Long in the finish, complex, fresh and a slight, fine, powdery textural feel from the tannin. Lovely stuff and a bargain for the price.
